BUENOS AIRES, November 17 Latin American countries are showing interest in Rosatom nuclear technologies in the field of medicine and agriculture, the president told reporters “Rosatom Latin America” ​​Ivan Dybov.
“Latin American countries are expressing interest in nuclear technologies in the field of medicine and agriculture in terms of the possibilities for sterilizing medical products and extending the shelf life of agricultural products,” he noted.
“Colombia, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua are among the countries that are showing interest in such technologies,” added Dybov.
