ROSTOV-ON-DON, November 24. Four people remain in the Astrakhan hospital after poisoning with narcotic and psychotropic substances, one of them is in serious condition, reports the Ministry of Health of the Astrakhan Region in your Telegram channel.
Earlier, the regional Ministry of Health reported that since November 17, 19 people with signs of drug poisoning have been admitted to the hospital in Astrakhan. Tests on patients revealed traces of methadone, an extremely toxic drug from the opioid group.
“»Today, four patients are being treated in the hospital. One of them is in serious condition, three patients are in moderate condition. 15 people have been discharged in satisfactory condition,» the message says.
According to the police, a total of 21 people were injured from poisoning. Three more drug users died before the ambulance arrived. Three citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan were detained on suspicion of illegal drug sales and possible involvement in the incident. One was arrested and criminal cases were initiated.
