Gazprombank began a large-scale transformation of its office network and introduced the first office of a new format. The official opening ceremony of the office took place on December 11 in the Moscow branch of the bank on Rusakovskaya Street with the participation of top officials of Gazprombank and the bank’s ambassadors — Pavel Volya and Laysan Utyasheva.
The main difference of the office is a significant increase in client space: 70% of the premises are used specifically for servicing clients, who independently choose a convenient place to meet with a bank employee to register a product or receive a service. Separate meeting rooms are provided for confidential matters. The use of innovative solutions, such as digital signature and pre-registration in a mobile application, significantly simplifies and speeds up service processes. The new format office is more than a bank branch due to the fact that all the services of the Gazprom group and its partners are available in it; here you can purchase any ecosystem product.
Another feature of the office is modern design based on the concept of the five senses: the interior uses bright colors and finishing from different materials, there are coffee machines in the relaxation area. In addition, pleasant music is always heard in the room and interior aromas created specifically for Gazprombank are felt.
In 2024, Gazprombank plans to continue transforming its offices and open 30 flagship branches of a new format in 14 cities, as well as more than 50 micro-format branches throughout Russia.
