On December 12, the ClubFirst business community in Moscow hosted a pre-New Year meeting with Elena Vyalbe, a Soviet and Russian skier, three-time Olympic champion, president of the Russian Ski Racing Federation and head coach of the Russian Federation cross-country skiing team.

Elena Vyalbe began skiing at the age of 9, at 14 she received the title of Master of Sports of the USSR, at 21 she became the world champion in cross-country skiing, and at 24 she took first Olympic gold. The name of Elena Vyalbe is included in the Guinness Book of Records as the best skier of the 20th century.
At the pre-New Year meeting, club guest Elena Valerievna spoke about her childhood in Magadan and the beginning of her professional career, about the most important achievements in life, about her attitude towards business and social networks, about the future of skiing in Russia , answered questions from participants about what it means to be a leader and whether it is possible to cultivate willpower in a child and strengthen character.
The meeting was moderated by Grigory Aleksandrovich Tvaltvadze, television and radio presenter and sports commentator.
