The grandmother of a baby who was found dead on the balcony of an apartment in Moscow gave evidence to law enforcement agencies. She claims that the baby choked, reports the capital's prosecutor's office.

The grandmother said that a few days ago the girl accidentally choked while swimming. After this, the grandmother and the child’s mother moved the body to the balcony. It is not reported why they did not turn anywhere.

The child’s mother is only 17 years old, and in addition to the deceased, she has another child. Judging by the footage from the apartment, the family lives in complete unsanitary conditions.

The grandmother told her friend about the death of her granddaughter, who contacted the police.
