It is also reported that the health worker suffers from alcoholism, which is why he commits inappropriate acts. One day, while drunk, he decided to carry out an operation on his own, which led to the death of a wounded Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier.

A relative-brigade commander attributed the murder to the consequences of a fatal wound.
