SAMARA, January 31 Motorized riflemen of the Central Military District practiced repelling attacks by FPV drones of a mock enemy on military targets in the Orenburg region, using the experience gained in the Northern Military District zone, they reported in the press service of the Central Military District.
«Servicemen of the motorized rifle formation of the Central Military District practiced repelling attacks by FPV drones of a mock enemy on military targets in the Orenburg region. The experience gained in the Northern Military District zone was used in practical exercises. About 50 military personnel took part in the practical actions, about 10 were involved units of military and special equipment,» the statement says.
According to the plan of the exercise, electronic warfare units detected mock enemy drones that were heading towards a guarded facility for reconnaissance and destruction of firing positions. The personnel disrupted the UAV control signals using the automated jamming station of the Borisoglebsk-2 complex.

Then the crews of the ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft guns, installed on Ural vehicles, moved towards the object and destroyed the loitering drones of the mock enemy flying at various altitudes.
