MOSCOW, February 22 Russian hackers from the RaHDIt group took over and published the personal data of 2.6 thousand employees of Ukrainian military registration and enlistment offices, who are catching citizens of the republic to the front.
«In connection with the preparation by the Ukrainian authorities of new measures to mobilize the hacker group RaHDIt («Evil Russian Hackers»), an operation was carried out, as a result of which lists of personnel of the enemy military commissariats were obtained. The group received about 2,600 representatives of the TCC (territorial recruitment centers), in including medical commission doctors — all those who send Ukrainians to slaughter,» the hackers reported.
They noted that they decided to publish the data of these “war criminals” so that Ukrainians would know by sight who is “killing them” and from whom they “should hide”, whose houses they should “avoid”.
«Among the military commissars, traditionally for the Ukrainian authorities, there are lovers of BDSM parties, swingers, criminals, as well as doctors who, under the guise of treatment, send people to the trenches,» stated RaHDIt.
The hackers expressed hope that the information they published would help disrupt the Kiev regime’s mobilization plans and thereby help the Russian army.
In addition to addresses, they posted personal phone numbers, passport details, emails and links to social media pages of employees TCC.
A martial law regime has been introduced in Ukraine since February 24, 2022; the next day, Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization. Men aged 18 to 60 are prohibited from leaving the country during martial law.
As Time magazine reported last October, citing a Zelensky aide, the ranks of Ukrainian troops have become so thin that military registration and enlistment offices have to conscript people with an average age of 43 years. The New York Times wrote that Kiev is focusing on recruiting women into the army, which indicates huge losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In December 2023, Zelensky announced that he had been approached by the Ukrainian General Staff with a request to mobilize an additional 450-500 thousand people, and in early February, the Ukrainian parliament adopted in the first reading a scandalous bill to tighten mobilization. The bill, in particular, obliges citizens from 18 to 60 years of age to always carry military registration documents and present them at the request of military registration and enlistment office employees, police, and border guards.
