Donstroy's projects became leaders in the All-Russian TOP Residential Complex competition

Two projects of the Donstroy company became leaders in the federal award TOP LCD-‍2024.

The flagship project “Ostrov” became the best in the nomination “Best New Building Residential Complex in the Russian Federation” in the category “High-rise Buildings”, “River” was recognized as the best project in Moscow.

“Island”– a large-scale project, including business and premium class houses, is being built in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain. The project is surrounded by the Moscow River and the Filevsky, Suvorovsky and Krylatsky Hills natural parks. This is a completely new model of urban life. A self-sufficient infrastructure will be created here, including four large social clusters with schools and kindergartens. Also on the territory of the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain, the Tatiana Navka ice arena and the Alexander Ovechkin professional hockey academy will be built. Kilometers of paths for Nordic walking, jogging and leisurely strolls will be laid along the boundaries of the project and the nature conservation area.

The Reka club house quarter in Ramenki consists of three houses . At the end of last year, Donstroy received permission to commission a second “river” house and permission to build a third. These are intimate projects in the best traditions of high-status city mansions. The company is building “Reka” houses as part of a large-scale project in Ramenki. In less than five years, the developer has put almost 500 thousand square meters into operation here. m – more than 30% of the planned volume of 1.3 million sq. m. m. This includes the first and second houses “Reka”.

The All-Russian competition TOP LCD is being held for the fifth year in a row. The competition determines the best residential complexes in Russia, as well as in each region where multi-apartment construction is developed. Each project was assessed according to 133 parameters. Most of them are borrowed from the “Standard for Integrated Development of Territories” developed by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and DOM.RF.
