Chery celebrates this year its “coming of age” – 18 years of presence on the Russian market. The restyling of the Tiggo 4 Pro crossover was timed to coincide with this date – the updated model will be offered under the name Tiggo 4 Pro 18 Years Edition.
The main innovation of the restyled model is the dashboard and multimedia system screens, each 10.25 inches diagonal, combined into a common plane. In its homeland, the crossover received such dual displays back in 2022. The restyling also includes updating the front panel: the ignition button has moved down, and the front deflectors have been combined into one horizontal block with central air ducts. The buttons above the previous touch-sensitive climate control control unit have been slightly redesigned to match the new design. The wireless phone charging pad has moved to the place of the cup holder.

A two-tone interior is also available in the top version of the crossover. The inserts in the doors, the edges of the driver and passenger seats, a new decorative element on the dashboard became white, and the rear seats also got separate white inserts. The Ultimate version provides a full set of winter options and a set of active safety systems.

The only innovation in the exterior is the 18 Years Edition plaque located under the right lamp.
The updated Tiggo 4 Pro in Russia is available in five trim levels instead of the previous six: the Travel option has disappeared. The engines have not undergone any changes: in the younger versions it is a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine with a power of 113 hp, in the older versions it is a turbocharged engine of the same volume and with a power of 147 hp.
Sales of the new crossover will start on March 1. Changes in prices relative to last year's Tiggo 4 Pro are minimal. Thus, the Family and Ultimate versions have increased in price by 20,000 and will now cost 2,420,000 and 2,640,000, respectively, and the Style version has even fallen in price by 40 thousand, and now its price is 2,480,000 rubles. The cost of the Action version remained unchanged, although it was named only for cars of the 2023 model year: 2,120,000 rubles for a car with a manual transmission and 2,220,000 for a car with a CVT. Moreover, such cars have the same separate multimedia tablet in the cabin.
According to the Chairman of Chery Russia and Assistant General Director Chery International San Spring, for 2024, in addition to the presented restyling of the Chery Tiggo 4 Pro model, restyling of the Tiggo 7 Pro is planned. By the way, Tiggo 7 Pro, according to Autostat, took fifth place in the list of best-selling cars in Russia for 2023 with a result of 41,057 units. But an even more interesting announcement from Chery for 2024 is the promise to bring the flagship crossover Tiggo 9 to Russia.
In addition restyling Tiggo 4 Pro at the presentation Chery presented a new logo. In line with the general trend towards simplification, it has gone from three-dimensional to flat and monochrome instead of the former metallic. True, the presented Tiggo 4 Pro 18 Years Edition did not feature a new logo.
