SIRIUS, March 2 Participants and organizers of the World Youth Festival actively use augmented reality (AR) technologies, the correspondent was convinced.
So, at the opening of the event, the main characters of the show allegedly passed tests while “being” in a computer game, the animation of which was displayed on the main screens of the stage.
A huge kinetic set of six 12-meter-high LED screens was developed especially for the ceremony. Screens are the image of a mobile phone, without which a person today cannot imagine his life.
In turn, festival participants, for example, Sberbank, used Deepfake technology on their site. The organization «Esports of Russia» equipped its campus with VR glasses and robots, and the company «Phosagro» installed a stand that, based on a person's appearance, determines a future profession through a camera.
The World Youth Festival takes place from March 1 to 7 in the federal territory of Sirius by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The organizer of the festival is Rosmolodezh.
