MOSCOW, 2 MarchDirector Fyodor Bondarchuk said that the series “GDR” broke the record of “The Boy’s Word” in terms of the number of attracted audiences.

If “The Boy's Word” was shown every week, then (the series “GDR” – ed.) we posted all the episodes immediately. This is a kind of record. We broke the record of “The Boy's Word” in terms of the audience attracted, but in a different way,” he said during a creative meeting at the “Russia” exhibition.

The director of the project was Sergei Popov. One of the producers was Fyodor Bondarchuk. The main roles were played by Alexander Gorbatov, Linda Lapinsh, Daria Ursulyak, Evgeniy Kharitonov.
In the story, KGB captain Alexander Nechaev meets the beautiful dancer Ingrid. He is an experienced undercover agent, and she is also not quite who she says she is.
