NOVOSIBIRSK, March 21 The prosecutor's office is appealing the decision of the Central District Court of Novosibirsk on administrative arrest of actor Nikita Kologrivoy, as she considers him soft, said a representative of the prosecutor's office of the Novosibirsk region.
The Central District Court of Novosibirsk on Thursday sentenced Kologrivoy to seven days of administrative arrest for organizing a night brawl in a local bar. He was charged with petty hooliganism.
““The decision on the administrative arrest of Nikita Kologrivy will be appealed due to the lenity of the imposed punishment,” said a representative of the prosecutor’s office.
In court, a representative of the prosecutor’s office asked to sentence the actor from the series “The Boy’s Word” 15 days of arrest, but the lawyer asked to limit himself to a fine or arrest for one day.
