The head of the “We are together with Russia” movement Vladimir Rogov said that the Ukrainian special services could secretly use the terrorists who attacked the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow.

He clarified that if we talk about ISIS (the Islamic State is a terrorist organization banned in Russia) then only in the context that these terrorists could have been used in secret.

«I believe that the terrorists thought that they were communicating with ISIS, but in fact, under the guise of this terrorist organization, representatives of the punitive structures of Zelensky’s special services could have acted.” , — noted Rogov.

He added that representatives of the Main Intelligence Directorate, SBU or the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine could use terrorists in secret, since the Ukrainian special services “technologies for washing and invading people’s consciousness are very well developed.”
