Federal developer DOGMA has begun a comprehensive digital transformation of its business, including the development of its own IT products, import substitution of software and the launch of its own digital platform DOGMA 360.
Modern digital technologies will be used at the design stage of facilities, directly on construction sites, in sales, customer service, corporate communications and other business processes. “We have now begun the process of changing all of the company’s business processes through the prism of digital solutions: from the construction of houses to customer service. This will allow us to achieve even higher quality of construction, optimize the work processes of employees and increase the comfort of the residents of our projects,” notes Denis Morozov, President of DOGMA. — When the company enters new regions, digitalization helps to control and manage all processes remotely , disseminate successful work experience in new cities.»
At each stage of a development project, the company develops its own IT product using proprietary software, in some cases purchasing products from domestic vendors. “A separate product team is responsible for the implementation of each direction,” notes Denis Morozov. “To scale processes and ensure high-quality implementation of all tasks, the company attracts qualified specialists from different regions. In 2024, it is planned to expand the staff of the IT department by more than 100 employees.”
One of the key digital solutions is the DOGMA 360 platform. This is a single digital ecosystem that ensures effective interaction between the developer-customer and contractors in a remote format. The platform provides access to all information necessary for work, including working documentation. QR codes will appear on the territory of each construction site, using which the contractor will be able to download the document and check the necessary materials at any time. The company also plans to completely switch to designing houses using information modeling technologies. For this purpose, its own design institute was created.
Simultaneously with the digitalization of construction and design processes, DOGMA pays great attention to sales and customer service. The developer will soon launch an updated website, which will feature online booking and subsequently online purchase of an apartment. This will allow you to choose and purchase housing without visiting the developer’s sales office, which is especially convenient for buyers from the regions.
