MOSCOW, April 2Ukraine is experiencing problems with ammunition, so the Kiev regime is making efforts to use drones to the maximum, said Andrei Kartapolov, head of the State Duma Defense Committee.
“On the Ukrainian side, today the fascist Ukrainian regime is experiencing obvious problems with ammunition, Western supplies are becoming less and less. Because there is not so much of this ammunition in Europe and America anymore, they have raked out almost all of it. Therefore, the main efforts today by the ukrofazists are making to use drones to the maximum,” Kartapolov told reporters. According to the deputy, more than 150 drones were suppressed over the past 24 hours.
“The fact that they attacked Yelabuga suggests that they will continue waging war using terrorist methods, we must clearly understand this and our structures that are responsible will do everything so that there are fewer such attacks. We need to understand where these drones are produced, where they fly from and how they fly, then all these attacks will stop,” he said.
Earlier, Tatarstan authorities reported that on Tuesday enterprises in Elabuga and Nizhnekamsk were attacked by unmanned aerial vehicles. There is no serious damage, the technological process of the enterprises is not disrupted. According to the Republic's Ministry of Health, six people were injured as a result of the attack in Yelabuga; their lives are not in danger.
As a representative of the emergency services reported, in Nizhnekamsk a drone attacked the Taneco plant, part of the Tatarstan oil refinery complex; the resulting fire was extinguished in 20 minutes.
