The PIONEER company will create a new publicly accessible pedestrian space on Letnikovskaya Street with several dozen designer flower beds made of decorative concrete with bonsai pines, cereals and shrubs.
The new relaxation area will stretch 230 m along the shops, cafes and boutiques located on the first floors of buildings 1 and 6 of the premium residential quarter HIGH LIFE.
The landscaped promenade will become a new point of attraction for both residents of the residential area and employees of numerous business centers of the business cluster in the Paveletskaya area. PIONEER will install radius benches where you can relax. And you will be able to admire the designer’s concrete round flower beds with compositions of conifers in the form of bonsai, small trees of beautiful shapes, herbs, cereals and shrubs. Architectural lighting will highlight the beauty of the pedestrian space in the evening.
The developer plans to make sidewalk paving from two types of durable materials in light gray shades: granite slabs and paving stones. The developer intends to install a local heating system for entrances to street retail premises to make it comfortable and safe to enter them during the cold season.
The improvement of the new city promenade along Letnikovskaya Street will take place in two stages: PIONEER plans to partially landscape the area along the stylobate of Tower 1 in the spring of 2024, and the final appearance of the walking alley will be achieved by the time construction of the residential quarter is completed – in the summer of 2027.
The HIGH LIFE residential quarter is located at: st. Letnikovskaya, possession 11. It consists of 6 high-rise buildings from 24 to 47 floors.
