    Russia will allocate at least 165 billion rubles for the overhaul of cultural organizations

    MOSCOW, April 1 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Russian government to allocate an additional at least 165 billion rubles for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of cultural organizations, the statement says. list of instructions published on the Kremlin website.
