Der Spiegel suggested , that the tone of the telephone conversation between Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and the head of the French Ministry of Defense Sebastien Lecornu, “apparently, was quite rude.”

The telephone conversation, which took place on April 4, was the first dialogue between defense ministers in about a year and a half two countries, the publication reports.
