The court has set a date for considering the complaint against the arrest of a person involved in the terrorist attack case

MOSCOW, April 4 On April 15, the Moscow City Court will consider a complaint against the arrest of Alisher Kasimov in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, the court reported.
““Consideration of the appeal in defense of Alisher Kasimov is scheduled for April 15, 13.15,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
Earlier today it became known that on this day a complaint against the arrest of another person involved in this case, Aminchon Islomov, will be considered.

Kasimov rented out an apartment to the alleged perpetrators of the terrorist attack. He stated in court that he did not admit guilt and did not know about the tenants’ plans to carry out a terrorist attack.

In Moscow, 10 people accused of committing a terrorist attack that resulted in death as part of an organized group (clause “b” of part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) were arrested, four of them filed appeals.
