KRASNODAR, APRIL 17 The Armavir company, which is a sales representative of a dairy plant in the Krasnodar region, increased production by 18% thanks to the introduction of lean technologies as part of the Labor Productivity national project, the press service of the regional administration reported.
«The Milk Market company has summed up the results of its participation in the national project «Labor Productivity». The company is the main sales representative of the MolPromKuban dairy plant. Thanks to lean technologies in production, we have optimized the acceptance, storage and shipment of finished products — the process time has been reduced by 12.1 %, reduced inventory levels by 11.9% and increased production by 18%,” the report says. 
It is noted that experts from the regional competence center, together with company employees, organized zoning of the warehouse and ranking of the assortment by frequency of shipment, which helped reduce unnecessary transportation and waiting time for customers.
The company also developed a standard operating procedure for the work of a loader in a warehouse. This allowed us to reduce the time spent searching for goods. And replacing the pallet packaging with a better one made it possible to reduce the number of complaints from customers about the supplied goods, the authorities added.
Regional enterprises of basic non-resource sectors of the economy can join the national project “Labor Productivity”: manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transport and trade. Starting from 2024, tourism industry organizations with revenues of 180 million rubles per year can also join the national project, according to the administration.
