Pioneer became “Developer of the Year” and the winner in three other categories at the professional award in the field of commercial real estate CRE Awards 2024.
The “Green Brick” award was given to the Technopark Plaza mixed-use complex, which consists of a shopping gallery, an office center and the YE’S apart-hotel. Last year, the facility was certified according to the Clover standard at the gold level. Thanks to its characteristics, the building fully corresponds to the idea of environmentally friendly real estate. The energy efficiency of the facades prevents heat loss, and the large glazing area contributes to a high level of natural light. Its systems provide sufficient ventilation. Smart engineering management helps create comfortable conditions for office employees and apart-hotel residents throughout the day. Terraces allow you to hold negotiations in the fresh air or reboot and take a break from work. The Technopark Plaza mixed-use complex has a public recreation area, its own fitness center with panoramic glazing and much more.
The jury highly appreciated the YE’S Botanica apart-hotel, which is part of the Botanica multifunctional complex. The construction of business and shopping centers will be completed this year. The apart-hotel building was built using modern technologies and taking care of the environmental component. The best solutions in the field of energy efficiency and resource management allowed the professional jury to choose the facility and award it a “green brick” from CRE Awards.
Apart-hotel YE’S Botanica also won in the “Hotel Real Estate” category. The architecture of the complex and landscape design were developed by the Nikken Sekkei bureau. The apart-hotel is designed for 1032 apartments.
The award winner was the Ostankino Business Park business center, where 83% of the space was sold, and two out of six buildings were sold entirely.

CRE Awards is a professional award in the field of commercial real estate. Awarded annually since 2003. Finalists are selected in several stages: quantitative analysis of project indicators, the first round with online voting, the second round with in-person presentation of projects at an in-person meeting of expert committees.
