MOSCOW, April 20 The Neftegaz-2024 exhibition was held in Moscow from April 15 to 18, in which more than 900 companies from 12 different countries took part, including over 160 metropolitan organizations, said the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy (DIPP) Vladislav Ovchinsky.
“Metropolitan enterprises offer new solutions for the Russian oil and gas industry in conditions of external restrictions, including those related to drilling wells and processing of oil and gas products. For example, they supply special cables that allow the exploration of oil wells, as well as pipes that are used in gas distribution, construction of field pipelines and water supply. In total, more than 160 metropolitan companies took part in the Neftegaz-2024 exhibition,” the press service of DIPP quotes Ovchinsky.
The Prompribor-R organization presented a range of sensors at the exhibition. Among the presented line is a gas analyzer device, which contains four sensors that can automatically determine the concentration of toxic and explosive substances in the air of work areas. We are talking about methane, oxygen, carbon monoxide and other substances. At the same time, the configuration and composition of the sensors changes.
According to the company’s senior engineer Georgy Dzenenko, the organization’s sensor has no analogues on the market. It is designed to work in the Arctic. This line is more advanced than previous products, with improved explosion protection. These products can be calibrated when replacing sensors without disassembling the sensor. This provides convenience to the consumer, especially in difficult conditions. Meanwhile, according to Dzenenko, the protocol for transmitting data over a radio channel now works at a distance of a couple of kilometers.
Another Moscow enterprise, Moskabelmet Group of Companies, demonstrated heating and geophysical cables at the exhibition. In addition, the organization presented communication and control cables manufactured using high-tech equipment.
As the general director of the group of companies Pavel Moryakov said, the company has the same lines, materials and knowledge that foreign organizations that left the Russian market had. Last year, the company launched production, thanks to which it was possible to reduce the use of foreign cables to 5%. Previously, this figure was 20-30%.
“Our forecast is 2-3% of imports of the total number of cables used by 2030,” Moryakov’s press service quotes.
The third Moscow company produces equipment for the oil and gas complex – flexible polymer reinforced pipe. Using such products, a project for the construction of oil gathering field pipelines is being implemented. The organization also presented new products for heating, water drainage and cable protection.
According to Maxim Kolesov, director of the industrial projects department of the Polyplastic Group, these pipes have high corrosion resistance, as well as good strength, which is formed using a monolithic structure and reinforcement with glass composite tapes. The company's pipes can withstand operating pressures from 40 to 210 bar. They can be used at media temperatures up to plus 80 degrees Celsius.
The capital is the center of Russian industry. Moscow is a city with developed production. More than 4.2 thousand industrial companies operate in the metropolis, employing 725 thousand people. Every year, up to 50 medium and large enterprises open in the city, and approximately 100 small ones. They produce a variety of goods and actively introduce innovations.
The capital's mayor Sergei Sobyanin ordered the implementation of a set of measures in Moscow aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of the city for Russian industrialists and the development of production. The metropolis has comfortable conditions for all companies – from small to large. Over 20 systemic measures to support the city have been created for the capital’s businessmen. So, they can take advantage of targeted loans and subsidies. A number of anti-crisis tools have also been developed.
