UFA, April 17 The Central District Court of Orenburg received a lawsuit for plagiarism against blogger Dana Milokhin from the author of the song “Vladimir Putin – well done!” Oleg Likhachev, the court reports in his Telegram channel.
“»The blogger was sued for the illegal use of the work “Vladimir Putin is a great fellow!” The Central District Court of Orenburg received a statement of claim from O.E. Likhachev. to D.V. Milokhin on the protection of the exclusive right to a musical work and the recovery of compensation for violation of the exclusive right to a musical work in the amount of 400 thousand rubles,” the message says.
< br />In 2020, Milokhin published a video on his official social network page to the musical composition “Vladimir Putin — Well done!” The plaintiff believes that the use of this work without the consent of the author is a violation of his copyright and exclusive rights, the court heard.
“»The plaintiff also demands to stop using the musical work in his activities, without obtaining permission in the manner prescribed by law. The issue of accepting the case for proceedings is being decided,» the court added.
