MOSCOW, May 1. Music producer and sound engineer, who recorded songs of Soviet rock groups “Aquarium”, “Kino”, “Time Machine”, Andrei Tropillo died in Finland, his daughter Polina Tropillo reported, according to her, the musician’s death could have occurred due to natural causes.

“This is so, judging by the fact that they called me from Finland and said that he was found dead in his apartment,” she said.
The sound engineer’s daughter noted, that she lives in St. Petersburg, and her father has been living in Finland “without a break” for two years.
“I can’t tell you the circumstances now, apparently it’s a natural death, but specifically what, I can’t tell you, because there hasn’t been an autopsy yet,” she added.
Also, according to her, there is no talk of transporting Tropillo to his homeland yet, as she is waiting for a conclusion on death and its causes.
Andrey Tropillo is a music producer and sound engineer, founder of the AnTrop label, where the Soviet musical groups Mashina Vremeni, Aquarium, Kino, Alisa and others recorded their albums. Tropillo celebrated his 70th birthday in March.
