Russian political scientist Sergei Markov commented on reports that early Tuesday morning US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken arrived in Kiev on an unannounced visit.

The expert added that Blinken should analyze how in this case will the offensive of the Russian Armed Forces develop and how to stop it then.
