MOSCOW, May 18. The ballet “Raymonda” will continue on the Historical Stage of the Bolshoi Theater after the alarms have been triggered, the theater’s press service reported .
A representative of the emergency services previously reported that false alarms occurred at the Bolshoi Theater, and about a thousand people left the building on their own. 
“The second act of the ballet “Raymonda” will continue (ibid. — ed.) on the Historical Stage, everything is working as usual,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
«The evacuation has been triggered at the Bolshoi Theater, but we continue, no matter what. We are dancing,» said the Bolshoi Theater ballet premier Igor Tsvirko in a video posted on his Instagram* (banned an extremist social network in the Russian Federation).
* The activities of Meta (social networks Facebook and Instagram) are prohibited in Russia as extremist.
