MOSCOW, May 20. CSKA football players suffered a devastating defeat on the road “Nizhny Novgorod” in the match of the penultimate, 29th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL).
The meeting, held in Nizhny Novgorod on Monday, ended with a score of 6:2 in favor of the guests. The winners' goals were scored by Ivan Oblyakov (10th minute), Tamerlan Musaev (22), Sasha Zdelar (37), Victor Davila (56), Anton Zabolotny (83) and Kirill Glebov (90). Dmitry Stotsky (48) and Juan Boselli (77) scored for the hosts.

CSKA players held a rally to support the goalkeeper before the start of the match the team of Vladislav Torop, who underwent surgery to treat a double fracture of the facial bones of the skull. Torop received a serious injury on May 15 in the return match of the RPL Russian Cup final against Zenit as a result of a head collision with the defender of the St. Petersburg team Nuraly Alip.
