A network of car services has appeared in the Russian Federation, providing maintenance for models of Chinese brands.

The Caready company intends to open 50 service stations by the end of this year, by the end of 2025, according to the plan, their number should increase to 215. The list of advantages includes having your own brand of spare parts.

The Russian vehicle fleet has undergone major changes over the past few years: many foreign brands have officially left the Russian Federation, and more Chinese brands have appeared on the market. Moreover, cars go on sale both through official channels and through the parallel import scheme legalized in the spring of 2022. For technical maintenance, including “celestial” models, a federal network of multi-brand car service centers Caready was created.

The car service network was founded in the spring of 2024, the operating principle is based on a franchise. According to Caready’s plan, 50 service stations will be opened by the end of this year, and by the end of 2025 their number should increase to 215. The company noted that there is now a lack of technical expertise in the market and a shortage of qualified personnel ready to work with Chinese cars.

“Today, independent service stations do not have enough technical expertise for Chinese cars imported through parallel imports,” comments Mikhail Makovey, director of the Caready car service network. “We are confident that the availability of technical documentation and catalogs for Chinese cars, advanced training of personnel and an increase in the share of spare parts on the market will be able to minimize this problem.”

The company also noted that Caready intends to cooperate with Pango Cars (specializes in used cars): this will expand the range of services, including providing a full cycle of car maintenance. As Anton Ganzha, head of the PangoCars automotive ecosystem, notes, customers will be offered various financial products and maintenance services throughout the vehicle’s life cycle.

At Caready service stations, customers can purchase an extended warranty covering vehicle repairs, including engine repairs and gearboxes. Caready's list of advantages includes having its own brand of spare parts.

Today, there are car services in the Caready network in Moscow, Irkutsk, Barnaul, Orenburg, Dzerzhinsk, Vladimir, Dolgoprudny and Achinsk. This year the company plans to open service stations in more than 15 cities across the country.
