MOSCOW, May 24. MTS Bank won the annual award for innovation and achievements in the financial industry FINAWARD 2024; The bank's fintech services and projects became winners in three categories at once, the press service of the credit institution reports.
Thus, the product “Business on Marketplaces” took first place in the category “Solution for a Marketplace or Ecosystem”, diplomas for third place went to the project “Continuous Learning” in the category “Corporate Culture and HR (Human Resources)” and a fintech service for replenishing accounts mobile operators of the CIS in the category «Customer Service», the message says.

A comprehensive product for doing business on marketplaces includes solutions for beginner sellers with a small assortment , and for the large-scale development of e-commerce.

In 2023, the bank developed a unified technological solution that allows any subscriber of a Russian telecom operator to make a payment from the MTS Bank mobile application (6+) to the required CIS operator in a few clicks. Fintech service became the bronze medalist of the FINAWARD 2024 award in the “Customer Service” category.
In August 2023 MTS The Bank launched the first cycle of its own online educational project of the Corporate University — “Continuous Learning”. The project took third place in the “Corporate Culture and HR” category, the press service added.

The winners are determined by an expert council of representatives of the Russian financial community. The voting results are audited. The FINAWARD award was established by the Banking Review magazine in 2012 and is held annually, the press service recalled.
