OMSK, May 30. Security forces detained a resident of Omsk, who was going to fight against Russia on the side of Ukraine as part of the terrorist organization “Russian Volunteer Corps”*, reported the press service of the regional FSB Directorate of Russia.
FSB officers found out that a 25-year-old man persuaded his acquaintances to travel to Ukraine together. To confirm his intentions, he planned to send a questionnaire to join the ranks of “RDK”*. 
“The Federal Security Service of Russia in the Omsk Region detained a 25-year-old resident of Omsk, a supporter of the Ukrainian terrorist organization “Russian Volunteer Corps”*. According to available information, the detainee, sharing the ideology of this terrorist organization, expressed his intention to join the ranks of the armed Ukrainian formations with the aim of conducting military operations in the territory Ukraine against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” the press service reported.
The man created an open account on a social network and called for fundraising to finance “RDK”*.

Computer equipment and communications were seized, data was obtained confirming his criminal activities,” the press added. service.
A criminal case has been initiated under the article “assistance in the financing of terrorist activities.” Omsk was arrested for two months.
