MOSCOW, May 30. Actress Anastasia Zavorotnyuk will be remembered by her colleagues as a kind, sincere and fiery girl, said actor Marat Basharov.
Zavorotnyuk died on Thursday at the age of 53 after a long illness.

Anastasia Zavorotnyuk was born on April 3, 1971 in Astrakhan. She became famous for her role as nanny Vicky in the television series My Fair Nanny. The actress also starred in such films as “Mashenka”, “Apocalypse Code”, “Office Romance. Our Time”. In 1993-2004, Zavorotnyuk played at the Oleg Tabakov Theater. She performed roles in the plays «The Bumbarash Passion» (Varya), «An Ordinary Story» (Nadya), «Biloxi Blues» (Dezzy), «Sailor's Silence» (Tanya), «The Myth of Don Juan» (Zhanette), “Farewell… and applaud” (Marina), “Confessions of the adventurer Felix Krul” (Elinor Twentyman) and others. In 2006, Zavorotnyuk was awarded the title “Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.”
In 2019, the actress was diagnosed with glioblastoma. She stopped appearing at social events and running social networks. Her daughter Anna occasionally talks about how she feels on her blog. She also confirmed the death of her mother.
