MOSCOW, May 31. Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation to ensure a balanced teaching load for teachers in the field of culture before introducing new remuneration systems.
The corresponding list of instructions following the meeting with cultural workers in the Tver region was published on the Kremlin website.
