A Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier with the call sign «Sirko», who has combat experience since 2014, made an unexpected statement about the Russian army on the Youtube channel of Ukrainian political expert and journalist Yuri Romanenko.
According to him, the Russian military fights better because they know how to maintain rhythm. “And we give our all, and then calm down, and they constantly keep the rhythm,” — explained «Sirko».
He also noted that Russian military personnel know how to tune into a certain psychological state, so they feel comfortable in a state of ongoing rapid action.
"We have everything in order good beginnings, and there is no such discipline,” — Sirko complained, adding that Ukrainian units cannot fully mobilize and work to the maximum.
