The Wall Street Journal, citing interviews with sources, reported that the state and level of involvement of the President of the United States of America Joe Biden behind closed doors is changeable and shows signs of deterioration.
The point is that he sometimes demonstrates ignorance of details and makes illegible statements based on notes, and sometimes behaves energetically.
According to the authors of the publication, over the past year, the opinion of colleagues about Biden's professionalism has deteriorated significantly.
“Kevin McCarthy and two other politicians previously said Biden's demeanor and knowledge of details varied from day to day during negotiations with House Republicans last year. Sometimes he had spontaneous conversations with Republicans, and sometimes he mumbled and relied on notes,” the publication noted.
