IT integrators LANIT and NORBIT completed a project to develop and implement a CRM for the Guardians of Childhood foundation. The new system will allow for recording, monitoring and analysis of the achievements of each ward. Automation will save up to 20% of employee time, freeing up resources for more complex tasks that require empathy and maximum involvement.
The Guardians of Childhood team helps pupils and graduates of orphanages, children from foster care, foster care and crisis families find their calling, decide on a profession and gain first work experience. The foundation cares for more than 2,600 teenagers and works in 20 regions of Russia. Employees daily monitor the child’s progress, monitor his participation in educational events, monitor needs and help with the implementation of goals. The CRM, which the NORBIT team deployed on the basis of the domestic low-code platform BPMSoft, is designed to save time and effort, as well as increase the efficiency of routine.
The new system will relieve the foundation's employees from manually managing large volumes of data. All information on each ward is now collected in a common information field: which companies they have visited, where they have completed their internship, what progress they have made, whether there were any difficulties. Feedback on the specialists with whom the child has been in contact is also aggregated here. In addition, reports on the required parameters can be automatically generated in real time, and mandatory documentation can be maintained. This helps improve work with children's social institutions and speed up the provision of necessary information and statistics for partners. The system also simplifies the expansion of the contact network, attracting new participants from business and the state.
Alexandra Andrievskikh, Director of the Guardians of Childhood Foundation:“The fund’s specialists were able to easily track the activity of all participants and build a balance. For example, when forming lists for full-time complex events, in order to exclude situations when, for subjective reasons, the same children are invited to them, and the other part drops out of the process. Communication between teenagers and regional coordinators is becoming closer. Seeing the entire volume of information related to the child, they understand what exactly is worth discussing during a personal meeting, what to pay attention to.”
Vitaly Sunargulov, director of the CRM department at NORBIT:< /b> “I'm glad that we were able to help the foundation and the children. We usually launch such systems for business, and the main goal is commercial. This project turned out different. It is not about money, but about a childhood dream of becoming someone, achieving something in the future. Thanks to digitalization, we were able to simplify the daily work of employees, and created better opportunities for the guys to undergo internships and further search for work.”
