MOSCOW, June 4Russian actor Roman Madyanov canceled all performances due to illness, his colleague Pavel Trubiner reported on the VKontakte social network.

"Due to the illness of Roman Madyanov, all performances have been canceled until the end of the summer. While «Don Juan's Beloved Woman» remains in question. August 27 in Moscow,” he said.

Earlier, the media reported that Madyanov had been diagnosed with cancer and would soon undergo antitumor therapy.

Roman Madyanov played more than 200 movie roles. One of his most famous works is the role of political officer Kolobkov in the TV series “Soldiers”. Until 2023, the actor served at the Mayakovsky Theater.
