YAROSLAVL, May 5. The FSB prevented two residents of the Kaluga Region from going to fight for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and one of them wanted to become a Ukrainian military pilot, the regional special service department reported.
“The Russian FSB Directorate for the Kaluga Region has issued official warnings about the inadmissibility of actions that create conditions for the commission of a crime under Article 275 of the Criminal Code (“High Treason”),” the department clarified. 
They explained that the actions of the attackers did not cause significant damage to the security of the country.
As the FSB clarified, the Russians P. Sh. Khudyakov and M. M. Fenko themselves made contact with the Ukrainian special services, wanting to join one of the nationalist units of the Kyiv regime.
After this, they received the task of collecting coordinates of military installations located on the territory of the Moscow and Kaluga regions, but did not have time to take any action.
Both men admitted their guilt and refused to continue their illegal actions.
The FSB also distributed a video in which both men said that they were recruited on the Internet because of their disapproval of the special operation. After the arrest, both repented.
One of the men said that in August 2023 he offered his services to the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a military pilot.
