The details of the accident involving the Maserati have been revealed: the child’s severed leg was not found

Details of the terrible accident that happened on June 8 in the Mozhaisk urban district involving a major in a Maserati became known to MK. A 13-year-old boy died in the accident, who was literally torn to pieces, and his 12-year-old friend lost his leg — the limb has not yet been found.

As MK found out, at exactly 14:00 on the 28th kilometer of the Uvarovka — Semenovskoye — Kuskovo road, a 27-year-old driver driving a Maserati flew into a bus stop, where three boys rode up on bicycles. Just a couple of seconds before the tragedy, one of the children, 13-year-old Slava (all names have been changed), saw that a car approaching at wild speed swerved strangely near a grocery store, so he shouted to his friends: “Be careful!” He himself managed to jump away, but the others were unable to orient themselves in time. 13-year-old Oleg was literally torn apart under the hood of a foreign car. Emergency Situations Ministry employees collected parts of his body in bags. And experts found the wheels of his bicycle 20 meters from the scene in the bushes, which made it possible to assess the force of the collision. The third student, 12-year-old Maxim, was hit in the leg: an instant traumatic amputation occurred — the child lost part of a limb below the knee. One of the eyewitnesses to the tragedy quickly jumped up to the guy and bandaged his leg with his shirt to stop the bleeding. The boy didn't even moan — he had a painful shock. And Slava, who remained safe and sound, screamed heart-rendingly, looking at everything that had happened. His mother, who was one of the first to run up to the scene of the accident, immediately fainted. Now a psychologist is working with Slava — The child cannot recover from the shock.

As for the culprit of the accident, he did not even try to get out of the car. He sat behind the wheel in a daze until the police pulled him out.

According to the senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region, Olga Vradiy, a suspect was detained for violating traffic rules and operating vehicles, committed by a person deprived of the right to drive  vehicles, in a state of intoxication, which through negligence resulted in the death of a child and injury to another.

A fatal accident on June 8 occurred at the 60th kilometer of the M-1 highway «Belarus». A 47-year-old driver driving a Nissan failed to navigate the lane markings and drove into oncoming traffic. The car was crushed by a truck, killing the driver, his 42-year-old wife and their 10-year-old daughter. The 17-year-old son miraculously survived and was hospitalized. The family lived in Kubinka and were returning home on Saturday evening.

Having learned about the incident, many drivers who know this section of the highway began to write on social networks that it always seemed problematic to them — there is very ill-conceived marking there. “There is a toll plaza with bump stops in the center. And at the edges there is a free double. And the free understudy streams are not separated. This is the dumbest road where one-way traffic suddenly turns into two-way traffic. The meeting begins unexpectedly. There are always such stories there,” — wrote one of the social network users.
