In Northern Ireland, people wishing to vote by post must complete a form and send it to the electoral office in Belfast. These forms can be found online here.

Anyone can apply to vote by post.

Voters in Northern Ireland are required to provide a reason when applying .

When is the application deadline?

For Northern Ireland, the application deadline is 5:00 pm on Saturday 15 June. 

However, the application deadline in England, Wales and Scotland is 5pm on Wednesday 19 June. You must also register to vote by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, June 18.
