STONE completes facade work in an office building near the Kurskaya metro station

The developer is completing the construction of a detached office building STONE Kurskaya for one resident company 700 m from the Garden Ring. At the moment, the facility has already opened a façade made of natural stone — Genaldon dolomite of a light shade; façade work is 75% completed. The general construction readiness of the facility is planned for the third quarter of 2024.

A ten-story office building with a total area of ​​15.6 thousand square meters. m is being built at the address: Kostomarovsky lane, vl. 11, p. 1. (CAO). The project features a prestigious location within walking distance of three metro stations — Kurskaya (ring and radial) and Chkalovskaya.

The implementation of the facility will create 1.5 thousand new jobs and to complement the established Tagansky district, where residential development and infrastructure with an art cluster are actively developed.

The architect of the project was the WALL bureau. Floor glazing is provided along the entire perimeter of the facility, the area of ​​which increases towards the upper floors. The architectural element of the project will be a balcony on the eighth floor overlooking the historical buildings of the city center.

“When working on the project, the architects paid special attention to the context and proportions of the building volume, taking into account the location of the business center and the surrounding buildings. The volumetric and stylistic solution of the business center is built on the principle of layer-by-layer alternation of the rhythm of the walls: from larger slabs in the lower zone to their reduction in the upper part,” said STONE.

The central entrance to the office building is provided from Kostomarovsky Lane. The first floor on the side of the main entrance is recessed relative to the main volume, forming a promenade enfilade.

The area around STONE Kurskaya will be landscaped and will provide for the creation of green areas and places for outdoor recreation. As part of the project, a two-level underground parking is planned.
