DUBNA (Moscow region), June 13. Russian President Vladimir Putin called on the regions to create good living conditions for qualified foreign specialists and scientists.
“»But not only, I think, the problem needs to be solved at the federal level, but also at the regional level. Living conditions need to be created good for those people who come and want to work,” Putin said at a meeting with mega-grant recipients and leading scientists.
He noted that in some countries, for various reasons, not even related to the current foreign policy situation, research is being stopped in the field of nuclear science, nuclear power plants are being closed.
