A North Korean official expelled Russian ministers led by Lavrov from the hall
An official of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) kicked Russian ministers out of the meeting room, ahead of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. This is evidenced by footage of a live broadcast of the meeting published on the YouTube channel of Komsomolskaya Pravda.
The meeting room included Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, Health Minister Mikhail Murashko, as well as the first deputy chairman Russian Cabinet of Ministers Denis Manturov and Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev. Among those present was also the general director of the Roscosmos state corporation, Yuri Borisov.
After the members of the Russian delegation began to take their places at the negotiating table, the DPRK official urgently asked them to leave the room. In response to a question about the reason for the request, the official said that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un should first enter the meeting room.
