MOSCOW, July 3. Consulting nutritionist Alexey Kabanov, in an interview, named the three ideal foods to increase testosterone levels in men.
According to the specialist, first of all, the diet should be enriched with oysters. They contain a lot of zinc, which is “the most important tool for the formation of testosterone.”
The nutritionist put honey in second place. “The composition contains boron, which is also involved in the process of testosterone production. The second factor is the presence of nitric oxide in honey, which is extremely important for the healthy condition of blood vessels,” explained Kabanov.
Egg will also be beneficial yolk due to its high vitamin D content, which also stimulates testosterone production. “In addition, yolks are a storehouse of vitamins, minerals and microelements,” says Kabanov.
