KRASNODAR, July 6 Almost 4.5 thousand employees of enterprises in the Krasnodar Territory have mastered elements of lean manufacturing technologies as part of the national project «Labor Productivity», the press service of the Kuban administration reported.
«During the implementation of the national project, 4,494 employees of Kuban companies and representatives of regional teams have already mastered lean tools. Also, 378 lean manufacturing instructors and 98 internal trainers have been trained. They studied the system of effective organization of workplaces, production analysis, learned to find and correct problems in flows that hinder productivity growth,» the report says. 
The national project «Labor Productivity» provides for systemic measures to support enterprises — preferential financing, tax preferences, reduction of administrative barriers, advanced training of employees, as well as targeted work of experts from the Federal and Regional Competence Centers at production sites, the authorities add.
