Bad weather is approaching the capital: experts predict squally winds with gusts of up to 25 m/s, heavy rain with hail and thunderstorms. The storm has already covered the western Moscow region. The hurricane is expected to subside by 2-3 am «, says the description of the satellite image. 
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations warned that life support for 12 regions of the Central and Northwestern federal districts of the country, including Moscow and the Moscow region, could be disrupted on Friday due to heavy downpours with thunderstorms and hail and storm winds, gusts of which will reach 27 meters per second.
The press service of the Moscow Department of Culture reported that city parks will be closed on Friday from 12.00 due to predicted bad weather.
