A Novosibirsk resident drowned in the Ob while trying to save children, reports the Mash Siberia telegram channel.

It all happened on a wild beach near the Arena park. It is emphasized that it is forbidden to swim there.

Despite the ban, “two children” began to swim and “sank to the bottom.” Eyewitnesses rushed to save them, but one of those who helped, according to the channel, drowned himself.

He could not be found for the second day.
