In Krasnoyarsk, migrant children forced an 8-year-old boy to his knees, forced him to apologize and filmed what was happening, the child’s mother said in an interview with TVK.

On July 15, her son and a preschool friend were walking on the street when a group of migrants under the age of 12 approached them, a Russian woman shared the details. A quarrel broke out between the children. “The guys started calling each other names. At some point, they crowded around and started chasing my son and his friend. They caught me, forced me to my knees and forced me to ask for forgiveness,” the woman said.

This was captured by an outdoor CCTV camera. According to the boy’s mother, two children of the visitors also filmed what was happening and threatened to post the recording on the Internet. “One asked: “Are we going to beat them now?” — and asked for likes,” she said.

Two teenagers passing by intervened in the situation, whose voices were heard by a local resident. She approached the children and they ran away.

As the boy's mother noted, she wanted to discuss everything with the father and mother of the children who forced her son to apologize. But the migrants themselves came to the entrance of the Russians when it was already dark outside and called them in for a talk. After some time, their relatives joined the newcomers. The parents of the child who was forced to his knees were afraid to go out.

The Russian woman pointed out that after the migrants were shown the video, one of the mothers began to offer 30,000 rubles or any phone. «We, naturally, refused. The other parents also asked not to go to the police, they wanted to resolve it peacefully, they said that they did not have citizenship,» she added.

After what happened, according to the woman, her son is afraid to leave the house. She filed a report with the police. Law enforcement agencies confirmed this information, stating that an investigation is underway.

A counter-statement was also filed by the mother of the boy from the migrant group, who reported that her son had been injured.

All participants in the conflict have been identified. As the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Krasnoyarsk Krai reported to us, the police are investigating all the circumstances of the incident. Based on the results of the investigation, a decision will be made in accordance with current legislation.
