On July 11, 2024, based on the results of the consideration in the court of appeal of the case on the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on the transfer to the income of the Russian Federation of 100% of the shares of ROLF JSC and 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of ROLF MOTORS LLC «, LLC «ROLF Estate St. Petersburg» and LLC «ROLF Tech» the decision of the Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg dated February 21, 2024 came into force, by which the claims of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation were satisfied.
As a result, in the coming days, the companies of the ROLF group will become the property of the Russian Federation.
According to the company's press service, in a situation of turbulence in the automotive market, dealer holdings, in including ROLF, are forced to carry out a number of measures to optimize costs in the main areas of activity of all legal entities and subsidiaries.
