MOSCOW, July 19 The prosecutor's office became interested in a video in which blogger Edward Beal in the Moscow region rides an electric scooter in clothes similar to the uniform of traffic police officers, the inspection is reported on the Telegram channel of the Moscow region prosecutor's office.
Earlier, a video appeared on social networks in which Edward Beal (real name Eduard Beel) rides an electric scooter in Odintsovo in the uniform of State Traffic Inspectorate officers.

“The prosecutor’s office organized an investigation after the publication of a video on social networks in which a blogger in clothes visually similar to the uniform of traffic police officers moves on an electric scooter along a highway in the Odintsovo urban district,” the message says.

During the inspection, a legal assessment will be given of the legality of distributing this video and compliance with traffic rules when filming. In addition, the Odintsovo City Prosecutor's Office is monitoring the progress of the procedural investigation carried out on this fact by the territorial police department.
